1. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery Time: All orders are processed and delivered within 4 to 5 business days.

• Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver all across Pakistan, ensuring that your products reach you safely whether you are in a major city or a remote area.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Inspection

• We advise all customers to inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any significant damage to the outer packaging, please document it and notify our support team immediately.
